Bloom addresses the specific emotional landscape girls navigate at ages 9-12, shifting friendships, social comparison, and the beginning of adolescent change, in a safe girls-only space rooted in faith.

Why do emotions need to be managed?
Emotions are powerful- and let unnamed or unmanaged, they can shape a girl's choices, relationships, and sense of self without her realizing it. Learning to manage emotions is one of the most important life skills we can give our daughters.
When girls learn to bring their real feelings to God, - not just their Sunday feelings,- their faith becomes personal and alive. Bloom teaches prayer as a daily tool for navigating the honest and hard moments of life.

every emotion she feels.”

At Florecer, our therapists bring years of clinical expertise and a sincere Christian faith to every workshop. We use evidence-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic regulation to integrate them naturally with Scripture and prayer. We are passionate about meeting girls at this pivotal age, before patterns of emotional avoidance or overwhelm take root, and give them tools that will serve them for a lifetime.
Our clinicians hold advanced degrees and active California licensure in marriage and family therapy.
We integrate Biblical truth naturally into every workshop — not as an add-on, but as the foundation for how we understand emotions and healing.
We have deep experience working with children ages 6–18 and their families at every stage of emotional and relational development.
